Our Residential Clients come from many “walks of life”, families, the elderly, students. Even yachtie’s, visiting our beautiful harbour for “shore leave”. All are important to us, receiving the highest level of care and personal attention

Call one of our technical staff on (07) 41255077 and explain the problem you’re having. The tech will then either make suggestions for you to try and resolve the issue yourself, maybe suggest a “remote session”, or book a technician to visit your home or business.

We’re unable to book specific times, but will try and work around your busy schedule. On the day of your appointment, our tech will phone you to confirm his visit.

In some cases it may not be possible to fix the issue onsite. So the tech may suggest taking it to our workshop. If this happens there is no additional charge, and he can leave a receipt for anything he takes.

When your computer or device is fixed. You can pay by eftpos, credit card, cash or cheque. For approved clients we can also organise an invoice for direct payment. It’s always a good idea to let your tech or the operator who books your appointment, know how you would like to pay… and you can request a quote at the same time.
