On July 1st, 2020. After 35 years, Masterlink closed it’s Esplanade Store for the last time. To become a fully mobile service.

Our technicians now come to your home or business, and if we can’t resolve the problem on the spot. We’ll bring your device back to our fully equipped modern workshop.

When we deliver your computer back to you, our friendly technician can explain the issue and reconnect it for you. all for an unbelievably low price.

Call one of our technical staff on (07) 41255077 and explain the problem you’re having. The tech will then either make suggestions for you to try and resolve the issue yourself, maybe suggest a remote session, or book a technician to visit your home or business.

We are unable to book specific times, but will try and work around your busy schedule. On the day of your appointment, our tech will phone you to confirm his visit.

In some cases it may not be possible to fix the issue onsite. So the tech may suggest taking it to our workshop. If this happens there is no additional charge, and he can leave a receipt for anything he takes.

When your computer or device is fixed. You can pay by eftpos, credit card, cash or cheque. For approved clients we can also organise an invoice for direct payment. It’s always a good idea to let your tech or the operator who books your appointment, know how you would like to pay… and you can request a quote at the same time.
