We can connect to your computer or laptop and fix minor issues for you. You can see what we’re doing and disconnect us at any time.
Payment can be made at the time by credit card.

Masterlink Computers can provide Remote Support. We do this by either giving you instructions over the phone or “connecting” to your computer to fix minor issues for you.

If you need remote support, please phone one of our operators and we’ll guide you through the process. Our Support services are “safe” and require very little from you, other than a description of the problem.

We do not charge travel costs in the immediate Maryborough, Hervey Bay areas. However, beyond these areas charges will either be negoatiated or charged on time.

Domestic onsite charge out rates are fixed. Please refer to our rates page for current pricing. Additional charges are NOT charged if the job runs “over estimated time” or if our tech has to return to complete the job.

Any information divulged to Masterlink Computers Qld during a remote support session, either through information directly divulged or accessed will be kept in the strictest confidence.
