In the unfortunate event of theft, valuable items can be easily identified by police, second-hand dealers and repair shops.

What is BLACKLIGHT:

UV Blacklight has been routinely used by law enforcement agencies for many years. If you turn on a black light bulb in a dark room, what you can see from the bulb is a purplish glow. What you cannot see is the ultraviolet light that the bulb is also producing. It's this light that illuminates the flourescent compounds used in UV Blacklight marker pens.

Included in this service:

• Marking your items with UV Blacklight with any details you wish. Typically your name and address
• A description of marked goods placed on our database. This means full details can be made available to the police and insurance company in the unfortunate event that the goods are stolen.
• Your items are photographed.
• A watch is kept on computer equipment being brought in for repair. If a match with reported stolen goods is detected the police will be notified.
• For ten or more items, one of our staff members will come to your home to mark items and record details. At no additional cost.

• FREE SERVICE - Limit of 8 items (in-store service only)
• PAID SERVICE $55 - IN YOUR HOME - Limit of 12 items only
