Up-coming Positions - Support Network Technician

Later this year (2012) we will have a position opening up for a Support Network Technician. At this stage we are unable to announce the date that position will become available. However, we invite all interested applicants to submit a resume at the earliest opportunity.

The Skills We Will Be Seeking Are:

• A minimum of 5 years technical experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Networks, including Exchange
• Good communication skills. You will be dealing with a cross section of the community from pensioners, businesses and clients with communication difficulties.
• Demonstrate initiative
• Enthusiastic with a desire to attain high standards

The Position:

• In the first instance, the successful applicant will report to the senior technian and/or the Manager.
• The successful applicant will be required to:
• Repair pc's in our workshops
• Attend to on-site repair work. This could involve any task from simple stand-alone systems to corporate networks.
• Resolve issues by remote access.
• Serve customers in our retail store.
• Consult with clients
