Terms: Payment required when picking up goods or repaired hardware from our store. Strictly 7 days for Business account holders, unless prior arrangements made.

Workshop

$55 per hour (minimum of 1hr & rounded to nearest 1/4hr thereafter - capped at 3 hours - $165).

On-site Callouts

$85 per hour (minimum of 1hr & rounded to nearest 1/2hr thereafter - no cap). Please note that discounts are available for organisations purchasing bulk hours in advance. Outside of our normal business hours rates are $170 per hour. After Hours work must be arranged in advance, unless you are covered by a "maintenance contract". 

Visitor Express

Visitor Express is a service where Masterlink Computers picks up laptops to be repaired from the reception of a traveller's accommodation, repairs it in the shortest time possible and returns it once finished. $30 pick-up and drop-off - $85 per hour (minimum of 1hr & rounded to nearest 1/2hr thereafter - capped at 3 hours - $255)

Aged Pensioner Rate

5% discount (not applicable to already discounted items, promotions or Visitor Express).

Pick-up and Drop-off

Masterlink organises a pick-up and drop-off service around Hervey Bay, once per day. The times for this vary depending on circumstances. This service is mainly intended to assist our aged or disabled clients. $30 for both pickup and drop-off (only at times set by Masterlink).

Mileage

Our technicians charge on an hourly basis for work on-site. Charging commences from the time our technician leaves our workshop. $85 per hour. We will attend jobs on-site from Gympie to Bundaberg. Mileage is not charged for residence in the Hervey Bay 4655 postcode.

New Computer Installs

First 1 hour is free of charge on full systems. This includes unpacking, setting up, connection of 1 printer and/or 1 internet connection and to ensure the system is in good working order. If time exceeds 1 hour the normal $85 on-site rate applies

Ram Upgrades

We install ram into most laptops and desktops while you wait. There is no labour charge. (does not include any other work)

Data Projector Hire

$80 per day. Hire for 4 days and get 1 day free. Hire for 5 days and get the weekend free. (approved clients only – bond or card swipe may be required)

Monitor Hire

$50 per hire. (approved clients only - limit 1 week unless otherwise negotiated)

A4 Photocopying

10c per page - Black and White
25c per page - Colour

Please note that we do only very small quantities.

Faxing

$1 first page – 50c subsequent pages.

Expected Repair Times

Normally 3 working days, however this may vary depending on workload. Let us know if you're from out of town or if other "special" circumstances apply. We'll do our best to meet your needs!

Rural & business clients have priority and it assists us if you book in advance.

Security Marking of items with UV Blacklight

$5 for the first item. $2 for each subsequent item.

For ten or more items, a Masterlink staff member will come to your residence if you wish at no extra charge. Marking of items is not restricted to computers. 

Personal ID Cards

Quotes given on an individual basis, depending on content and quantity.

Generally $80 setup fe. $5 per card. For ten or more items, a Masterlink staff member will come to your residence if you wish at no extra charge.
